The 5-Day Self-Care Challenge
I took part in Heather Jones’s 5-Day Self-Care Challenge and came out a winner—despite not getting a mani-pedi, facial, massage, and soaking in wine! All joking aside, this challenge was an eye-opener and super beneficial for making small changes in life that will result in huge impacts down the road.
